When I mentioned that since this is a holiday arrangement the vase should have been red or white like what’s online I was told you have a specify that in your order. Which makes no sense considering it’s under the Christmas holiday. They refused to fix and told me that next time I need to state that. The when I got to the car I realized the chocolate covered snowman in the arrangement had all the chocolate falling off of it. Needless to say I will NEVER use this location again. Horrible customer service. I only gave it a star so I could write a review.
