  The cashier asked me for my email, I told her I’m not doing all of that and to just ring up my jacket. She’s like well if you don’t give me your email you can’t return anything. Very odd to me but I said okay that’s fine. I leave out the store and as im walking something told me to check the jacket that I just purchased from Windsor. The cashier left two theft magnets on my jacket. I went back to the store within 2 mins. I get in line and spoke to the same cashier (the black girl with the bush hairdo).I Told her she left two magnets on my jacket. She starts examining the jacket and she’s like “owe, when did you purchase this?” I told her I’m the same woman that you told two mins ago that I can’t get a receipt. She’s like oh, okay. Then I start to express to her how crazy it is that I can’t get a receipt because I won’t offer my email address. She then LIES and say she can’t give me the receipt because they ran out of paper. I told her that’s not what you said 2 mins ago. Instead of getting receipt paper , she argued with me.

  They get 2 stars. 1 because the manager is really pretty and nice, 2 the clothes are cute. Anyway, The pretty Lightskin manager (the one that’s always there) was super nice and helpful. Purchased belts from them (set of 3) on Feb 22nd and didn’t notice the sensor wasn’t taken off. A month went by and during that time I planned to wear one of the belts (the middle belt w/ the sensor) Fast forward to April 6th at 8:05 pm came in to get the sensor removed and one of the short dark skinned girls that looks Ethiopian or something lied and said she was the manager & told me that I needed proof of purchase (Receipt was definitely in the trash somewhere it’s been a whole month). Then another black girl told me they could give me store credit ( definitely would have just used the store credit to repurchase the SAME BELT set). I offered to let them use my card & ID to pull up the receipt. Finally after being lied to obviously, the pretty manager came and said it was fine and took the sensor off and not to worry about it (still showed her on my bank app that I was in the store). Lol They have cute clothes though just need better front end workers because that is super unprofessional to lie about your position especially if the actual manager is present.
