  After hours of emails, phone calls, and mounting frustration with online customer service over a gift card issue, I was extremely disheartened by my experience with Lululemon’s help service. I came into the Towson store hoping to get the issue resolved, and I truly cannot express enough gratitude for this team. The manager, Delaney, not only resolved my issue but completely restored my confidence in Lululemon. She genuinely cared about my experience and went above and beyond to help. It was, without question, one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Delaney, you are truly a gem, and I hope the company knows how fortunate they are to have someone like you on their team.

  Washed 3 of my leggings and they were covered in lint and after I week I finally took them to the store to see if they knew what to do. Chris was SUPER helpful and was so patient with everything. He did an amazing job!! Give that man a raise, he deserves it!
