There is a slim chance of it ever surviving. Maybe if your a visitor from Ukraine or Haiti you might think your in an amazing shopping atmosphere but the long time residents of the area know that it’s time here has expired. A prime example of Bad business decisions. If Brookfield needs a loss, this place is it. Once the Premier Shopping location but has turned into total neglect. Baltimore County’s own Harbor Place.
