- MCMo CorriveauFeb 19, 20255.0Maia & John, store managers, were incredibly helpful with fixing my sunglasses which needed to have a new lens put in. They both devoted time and energy until they solved the issue, even going into a nearby Lenscrafters to get a second opinion! They went above and beyond to help me and I could not be more appreciative especially because I have been going to multiple places to try and fix this issue. I highly recommend this store primarily because of these two great people and this store also had a great selection of designer brand sunglasses to choose from. Thank you Towson Sunglass Hut!

- DDDante DeAnnuntisApr 6, 20221.0Visited this store during the weekend and ordered a pair of oakleys. I asked the sales associate what was included and he mentioned a polishing cloth and hard case. A few days later the glasses arrived to my house and they did not come with a case. I’ve reached out to the Sunglass hut customer support and they told me they cannot help me for orders placed at a store, which seemed ridiculous to me. I then tried to call the store several times and they did not answer but I followed up the next day and was able to speak to an associate who unfortunately said he could not help me. Overall disappointing experience, especially for what you pay for pair of sunglasses.
