I waited , for her to get of the phone , when she finished the phone call, I was in standing in front of her at the counter and instead of helping me, she answered another phone.call. I decided that I wasn’t gonna wait while she had another conversation and left without purchasing shoes. I don’t know what your protocol is but it seems like people that actually took the time to drive to your store should get priority over phone calls.
