  This was an incredibly easy experience from rental to pick-up! We needed wedding chairs and tables and Holly was amazing at getting us set up with our choices. Their selection was great (had chair styles I couldn't find elsewhere) and everything was wonderful quality. Delivery + pick up were quick and efficient and on top of all of that, the pricing was better than other companies quoted me. Thank you Loane Bros!

  After 2 Rental Companies unable to accommodate me, 1 of which I simply didn't want to do business with because of their Unprofessionalism (Tip Top Rental) We called Loane Bros who is actually 35 mins away, not even on my side of town, At the last minute..day before my Event, And was very pleased with their courteous and professional business manners. They were able to accommodate me with Exactly what I needed and were less than the other 2 places. Thank You Loane Bros. I will be using your Business from now on.

  Awesome customer service. All the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company. Also the guy that loaded my car was very polite he was awesome...

  We bought a house in June 2014 with a deck awning maintained by Loane. Loane recommended repairs when they stored it in the fall of 2014. We declined. In the spring of 2015 they said the repairs were necessary. Or we could buy a new awning. A second opinion confirmed the suggested repairs would only hold it over for the season. We decided to proceed with a new awning and Loane's quote was much lower. Our second opinion questioned whether Loane had the proper measurements. When we checked with Loane, they said we should put down a non-refundable deposit and then they would measure. If the measurements were off we would owe more money. That seemed backward so we asked them to measure first. A couple weeks later they reported that the original measurements we provided were wrong. We never provided measurements to Loane. They just keep messing up and delaying the process. I really don't appreciate their dreadful customer service and want them to know they aren't the only option in town. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
