  If I could give this store zero stars I would. I paid for 1hr delivery and it’s still not delivered. Horrible customer service. Lady that answered the phone did not care and refused to give me back my express fee. I will be escalating this to the district level. Buyer beware !

  This store is very poorly run. I tried to pick up an order a friend sent for my birthday for three days and had 0 luck because the store never opened on time as noted on the website and on Google. When I called, they told me that the new store hours would reflect those shown online and I even set up a pick up time, but when I showed up the following day, the store was still not open and I waited almost an hour for an employee to arrive.

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My experience was terrible. I paid for delivery and extra for 1-hour delivery. Once I received the confirmation email, the email stated I would receive the delivery in 1 hour. It took over 2 hours from the time I received the order confirmation to receive the items, and they refused to return the rush delivery fee. The items were also substandard in comparison to the cost. The strawberries were small, the brownies tasted like they were refrigerated, and the pineapple tasted spoiled. After this experience, I will never shop at this or any other edible arrangements. *paperclip in photo to give you an idea of the size of the items. This box cost me $50, not including the delivery fees.

  Short Version: IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO DO A PICK UP ORDER ONLY, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH A SPECIAL/IMPORTANT DELIVERY. Long Version: I order two arrangements, one to be delivered on a Monday, the second to be delivered on the next day (Tuesday). My first order delivered just fine, my second order however is where things blew up. I never received my second order and when calling to ask about why, the staff was completely confused and really did not know (or could not say) why my order wasn't delivered. This call happened at 11:50am on the next day (Wednesday) I asked for them to still deliver my order, although it was a day late and I no longer needed it. 3pm rolls around and still no delivery, I called back, the staff was still confused, so I asked to speak with a manager. Malik picked up the phone and said he personally tried to delivery my order but would need to put me on hold to (in his own words) "investigate" why my order wasn't delivered........ huh but I thought......... NVM. I asked for a refund because I could tell he was getting upset with me because I was frustrated with this locations customer service, I can't remember what he said after that because I was so shocked that Malik hung up on me. I tried calling back and of course nothing, so I called customer service to ensure my order was refunded (which it was). I order a lot from Edible Arrangement and this was my fifth order within the last two weeks, I will not recommend this location, there are other location with better management.
