  If I could give this store zero stars I would. I paid for 1hr delivery and it’s still not delivered. Horrible customer service. Lady that answered the phone did not care and refused to give me back my express fee. I will be escalating this to the district level. Buyer beware !

  This store is very poorly run. I tried to pick up an order a friend sent for my birthday for three days and had 0 luck because the store never opened on time as noted on the website and on Google. When I called, they told me that the new store hours would reflect those shown online and I even set up a pick up time, but when I showed up the following day, the store was still not open and I waited almost an hour for an employee to arrive.

  I personally didnt like this location there was nothing ready on hand and i asked how long it would take for something to be ready they said 10 mins and its been like 30 so far. The staff is very nice though.

  I wanted to say thank you for Everything. The delivery was on time, the communication was 100% i called like three times to reassure and everytime the guy would verify all info and my friend loved it. I really appreciate everything 💜

  The location says open at 9am online, but wasn't open. So I called and they answer the phone and told me they opened between 9:30 and 10 and that I can come in at 9:30 to get my order. I had a free dipped cone with code and asked if they could do it on all white chocolate because I don't eat dark chocolate. They told me no and that they would have to charge me. At this point it's 9:45 am, so I waited 45 mins just for them to tell me it's 6 strawberries and if I wanted white chocolate I would have to pay the original price of $10. Mind you I'm 9 months pregnant, waited 45 mins and now I can't get my free item. How do you get something for free then they turn around and try to charge you original price for a different chocolate? I asked to speak to a supervisor, because the employer going to tell me she can only dip 1 strawberry in white. What am I supposed to do with 1 white chocolate strawberry? So I asked to speak to a supervisor. They called him and he advised he has to pay more for white chocolate and instead of paying$10 they would charge me $5. I told him that's like paying a tip for poor service, with the late opening, long wait with no one else in the store, and then telling me I can't get what's advertised is outrageous. The manager finally agreed and started he would give me the strawberries for free with the white chocolate. I appreciate him finally agreeing with the customer, but I left at 10:02 am. So I basically waited an hour for ONLY 4 strawberries even tho she told me it was 6. I asked where were the other 2 and she told me the owner told her to only give me 4 white chocolate strawberries and if I wanted 6 I would need to get dark chocolate. I would never use this location ever again. The customer service and integrity was awful.
