Lady that answered the phone did not care and refused to give me back my express fee. I will be escalating this to the district level. Buyer beware !

I tried to pick up an order a friend sent for my birthday for three days and had 0 luck because the store never opened on time as noted on the website and on Google. When I called, they told me that the new store hours would reflect those shown online and I even set up a pick up time, but when I showed up the following day, the store was still not open and I waited almost an hour for an employee to arrive.
