The undercover workers continuously harass African American shoppers (especially female shoppers) by following them around the store upon entry, pretending to be shopping but what they’re really doing is harassing and antagonizing African American shoppers. To make matters worse, most of these workers are people of color themselves and I imagine that they know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of racism and yet, they are openly and viciously anti-Black toward African Americans. This location just recently opened and this is your business practice? If you are African American and you have a question for the workers who do wear name tags, be prepared to receive a nasty attitude from them. Interestingly enough, these employees do not treat the Ethiopian/East African, White, or Latino customers this way. This store needs to go completely out of business!
