I wish I could give .5th of a star. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent Valentine’s Day order. I placed my order on February 9 and received a confirmation that the arrangement was received by the store, which according to the website means the store accepted and was preparing the order for fulfillment. Based on that, I expected competent and professional service. That did not happen. I intentionally included the recipient’s phone number because this was meant to be a surprise and I wanted to ensure proper coordination. No one ever contacted the recipient. I also attempted to call the store and could not reach anyone because it was closed. I submitted a contact inquiry and received no response. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. The only update I received was a delivery notification stating the order was delivered at 9:27 PM. Your own policy states residential deliveries are before 7 PM for standard delivery and extended until 9 PM during major holidays. 9:27 PM is outside of your stated delivery window. Policies should mean something. Even more concerning, the tracking says the order was “hand delivered.” After speaking with the recipient, I was told the driver knocked once but did not personally hand the arrangement to them. “Hand delivered” implies the item was physically placed in the recipient’s hands. That did not happen. There was no photo confirmation and no explanation of where the item was left. There was no option selected stating it would be left unattended. For a perishable item to be left outside late at night with no confirmation is careless and unprofessional. Valentine’s Day is one of your busiest holidays, yet the service felt disorganized and misleading. Between the failure to follow your own delivery policy, the inaccurate “hand delivered” status, and the complete lack of communication, this experience was unacceptable. I expected far better from a company that markets itself around special occasions.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a Valentine’s order. I paid for guaranteed delivery, yet the order did not arrive until after 9:00 p.m. All afternoon the status showed “being crafted,” then “out for delivery” with seven stops ahead. For more than four hours, the tracking moved one stop. Because deliveries are not left unattended, my daughter and granddaughter stayed home waiting — ultimately canceling their Valentine’s dinner plans with friends. For a family that rarely gets the chance to go out, that was not a small inconvenience. It was a special evening that was lost. Unfortunately, the product itself was just as upsetting. I ordered two boxes of one dozen chocolate-covered strawberries. The berry sizes were inconsistent between the boxes, and both arrived in unacceptable condition. The strawberries were loose, without protective paper cups, smashed together, chocolate cracked and broken, and sitting in pooled juice. The presentation was sloppy and frankly embarrassing to gift. We prepaid the guaranteed delivery fee and the driver tip, yet neither the service nor the product met even basic expectations. After years of ordering with just some later deliveries, this experience was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this location based on this experience.

The arrangement was basically two days late. It was supposed to be delivered midday Friday and didn’t arrive until after 5pm on Saturday! Edible Arrangements is poorly run and managed! The discount codes never work and the website is clunky. I strongly suggest going in a different direction if you are buying something for someone special! Also, the communication is very poor. No one reached out to me to inform my order would be delayed. Sam
