Terrible place. On several occasions needed to call main number I have been placed as long as 1.5 hours. Just to tell me that they're system is down. Missed appointment because that was the whole purpose of calling in and then they want to charge me for missing apointment. Now I have been trying to schedule the interview time be removed, and yet again no surprises I'm comming up on 3 weeks of trying to schedule this and now my vehicle is locked out and they say there system is down again. I would not recommend this for anyone. U call and ask for a sales rep and the phone is picked up within 30 secs. Once they have u and u are already paying for services I guess they figure u don't have a choice. NEVER AGAIN

This place is trash. I would gove it ZERO stars if it allowed me to. Stay away, rude staff, unprofessional, and they’re incompetent. They schedule appointments, and that doesn't mean anything. You will be waiting for 2 hours anyway. Rockville location is them too, just go to another provider Period!

This place sucks, limited hours. Exceptionally rude staff and worst of all the system is very tempermental. It also drains your battery. I left my car parked for a week and it discharged my battery so completely that I had to get a new battery. After getting a new battery you have to call the automated system and wait for a person to pick (35 mins) and then pay $53 for an override code to get your system out of permalock. This is a terrible place, definitely stay away.

This includes instructions on proper usage, what to avoid prior to using the device, and tips for ensuring it operates effectively. Please do not hesitate to ask your certified installer any questions you may have about your car breathalyzer and our services.
How much does an ignition interlock device cost?
The cost for installing a LifeSafer ignition interlock device, also known as a car breathalyzer, usually ranges from $70 to $150. This is a one-time installation fee that you'll pay at the beginning of your lease period for the device. You'll pay this fee directly to the service center that installs the device in your vehicle. Additional fees are usually incurred every time you must have your device calibrated and vary by state.
How does an interlock device/car breathalyzer work?
After the device is set up, drivers need to breathe into the car breathalyzer's mouthpiece to provide a sample. This device checks the driver’s breath alcohol concentration (BAC) to measure it is within legal limits. Typically, if the BAC is below .025, the driver is then clear to insert their keys and start the vehicle.
