- IIIashaJan 10, 20201.0-5 stars! Unprofessional is an understatement. These people are THEIF’S. Went to have an interlock installed on my vehicle to help a family member get their Drivers License reinstated. The device seemed to malfunction all the time requiring the unwanted appointments and unwanted fees. As if that wasn’t bad enough the shop removed the remote start that was installed on my vehicle and never mentioned anything about it. It was not until I took my vehicle to get serviced at my local Toyota dealership and had them check out why my remote start was not working when I was informed that it was completely removed. When confronting the shop about it they were completely in denial that they removed it. THEIFS!!! I will be getting to the bottom of this issue even if it requires filing a police report. Do not give them your business please get your needs met else were.

Missed appointment because that was the whole purpose of calling in and then they want to charge me for missing apointment. Now I have been trying to schedule the interview time be removed, and yet again no surprises I'm comming up on 3 weeks of trying to schedule this and now my vehicle is locked out and they say there system is down again. I would not recommend this for anyone. U call and ask for a sales rep and the phone is picked up within 30 secs. Once they have u and u are already paying for services I guess they figure u don't have a choice. NEVER AGAIN
