- JVjose videlaFeb 7, 20205.0Came from a different interlock service due to install issues. From the beginning they've been friendly and helpful. After reading most reviews I decided to post because most people can't follow instructions. Don't expect them to override policies they have to enforce. Make sure to actually read their policy and procedures at the time of install to avoid inconveniences. Always make it out within 30-45 min.
- IIIashaJan 10, 20201.0-5 stars! Unprofessional is an understatement. These people are THEIF’S. Went to have an interlock installed on my vehicle to help a family member get their Drivers License reinstated. The device seemed to malfunction all the time requiring the unwanted appointments and unwanted fees. As if that wasn’t bad enough the shop removed the remote start that was installed on my vehicle and never mentioned anything about it. It was not until I took my vehicle to get serviced at my local Toyota dealership and had them check out why my remote start was not working when I was informed that it was completely removed. When confronting the shop about it they were completely in denial that they removed it. THEIFS!!! I will be getting to the bottom of this issue even if it requires filing a police report. Do not give them your business please get your needs met else were.
- HGharaj gillAug 16, 20181.0This place sucks, limited hours. Exceptionally rude staff and worst of all the system is very tempermental. It also drains your battery. I left my car parked for a week and it discharged my battery so completely that I had to get a new battery. After getting a new battery you have to call the automated system and wait for a person to pick (35 mins) and then pay $53 for an override code to get your system out of permalock. This is a terrible place, definitely stay away.
