- SPStephy PowellApr 4, 20184.0I had ordered a dress online and came in store to pick up. Leaving the store they forgot to take the ink security tag off it. I didn't know it was there at first because when the system went off they said I was fine. I had to make a second trip to get the tag off so that's a little disappointing. I did purchase some items on my second visit. One of the snap off tags damaged the item so I had to go back for a third time. Not sure if it was my fault or the tag was knitted too tightly. Whatever the case may be it went well because they were fine with me exchanging for a different one. While I agree with most people that the people working there aren't the warmest, you still get the help you need. That's what matters to me. And I'm not surprised- the customers in Federal Plaza are some of the most entitled acting folks in Rockville. No hourly worker gets paid enough to work there. I'm happy to just get what I need and go.

That lady ended up ringing me up. She was nasty. There were some people that she knew shopping in the store. She was more concerned about talking to them. She made a big deal about giving them some coupons for their purchase. She rung me up and didn't give me a coupon. I asked her if it will work for my purchase. She said that it would. I asked her if I needed to get the one out of my car. She just stared at me. I asked her if she could give me one. She made sure that I could see that she was not thrilled about giving me one. She was even more nasty after that. She told me to give her my receipt for the other purchase. She could have at least asked instead of demanding it. It ended up to be a great deal off of my purchase. I added something else to it and only had to add $10.
