Coach now upcharges you when you exchange Xmas gifts if they were on sale when purchased by the gift giver. Even if it's the same exact bag, but a different color. I worked in retail for many, many years, never did that to a customer, especially in a High end store like coach. I'm telling everyone I know. Really unfriendly there as well.

Queenstown Premium Outlets is a great little outlet stop right off Route 50, perfectly situated between Easton and Kent Island. It’s easy to get in and out, which makes it a convenient break during errands or beach traffic.
This year, the sales didn’t seem as strong as in years past, but that feels pretty consistent with shopping everywhere lately — rising costs probably affect retailers here too (just my speculation).
I appreciate the mix of a few locally owned or regional shops, and having Squisito Pizza and Pasta on site is a big improvement. The staff clearly take pride in their food, the restaurant is clean, and it’s nice to be able to sit down for a real meal while shopping. I remember the days before they even added Auntie Anne’s, so this is a welcome upgrade.
A little more shopping variety would be nice, but overall, it’s a solid, convenient outlet stop with a relaxed feel.
