Disrespectful staff, called me and my grandchild a derogatory term after asking about where to donate. After getting help from another individual, the man would continue to yell at us during this. Although it did have a nice parking lot. I would recommend going further up the road to a different Goodwill.

I strongly support donating and believe items deserve a second chance. I have visited this location several times before, mostly looking for specific things, and I wasn't bothered when I didn't find them. In those visits, I never needed to talk to any staff. A few days ago, I went there to donate three large boxes of items, including a 5.1 surround sound system, decor, gaming consoles, and exercise equipments and more. Since I wasn't sure where to go, I walked inside and asked the cashier. She wasn't rude, but she also wasn't friendly. She just pointed toward the back of the building and said that was where the staff accepted donations. When I got to the back, there were no clear signs. A staff member was there with headphones on. I couldn't tell if he was on the phone or talking to me, so I asked him the process. He pushed a cart toward me and said I could leave my things there. He said something else, but all I could clearly hear was "blah and blah not allowed." When I asked, "Sorry?" he annoyingly repeated, "blah and furnitures are not allowed." I decided not to ask again and started placing my donations in the cart. Suddenly, he yelled at me, "LIGHT FIXTURES ARE NOT ALLOWED, I ALREADY TOLD YOU." This felt completely unnecessary. I immediately apologized, and he didn't even respond. Usually, people feel good after donating, but this experience left me feeling really bad. It shouldn't be that difficult for staff to be courteous, let alone friendly, especially when someone is giving a generous donation.

Came here with my family to look for some second hand clothes (we try to do our part for the environment). We found some clothes we wanted to try on but the changing rooms were closed? We asked one of the African American women why the changing rooms where closed and she mockingly responded " 'why??' I don’t know" and simply walked away. I have honestly never been met with such attitude and indifference for a simple question. When we followed her to ask how we can be sure if anything will fit, She said "you gotta buy it and bring it back if you dont like it" of course only for a instore credit. My family and are military living abroad so instore credit isnt an option for us and its disheartening that a company claiming to serve their community treats every customer as a potential criminal . I have been shopping at goodwills all my life and never experienced something like this. The general unprofessionalism of some staff yelling at each other across the store also put a dent in the experience. The only saving grace was Craig at the register who was kind and respectful toward us and is the only reason I didn’t rate the whole experience 0 stars.

I have been shopping at goodwill my entire adult life. Have been a huge supporter for over 20 years, donating and rounding up. Teaching my kids the importance of buying used. And now everytime I go, I leave absolutely disgusted and confused. You will have a $50 item for $3.00 (very rare) and a dollar tree item with the $1.25 sticker still on it for $3.00 also. Everything in there is donated to them for free and it is all outrageously priced. Clothing items shouldn't be $10. Sneakers that are worn out shouldn't be $20.00. They have seriously lost sight of the purpose of this store. It's sad when someone homeless and broke can't even come in and buy a single outfit and pair of shoes for an affordable price. Shameful. I will no longer support this business.
