  Very well organized for a Goodwill, some magic formula working hard to clear the air of that typical musky fake smell ruining all the others I've been to. There's a tidy and nest assortment here however most prices are well inflated to make eBay look just as enticing.

  Cashier was incredibly rude and would not allow me to exchange a belt I bought that was a new item, still in its packaging, and labeled with the wrong size. She rolled her eyes at me to say a belt is clearly not clothing and cannot be returned then immediately said “Nextttt.” Clearly she’s on some sort of weird power trip. They are deceiving in their labeling and communication is poor. She was also incredibly rude to the woman in front of me in line two who ended up leaving because of it.

  We came into goodwill to make a purchase. We went to checkout and the cash register Keita not only was rude, was more interested in reading her book instead of assisting customers. We asked if we had any points and Keita snapped back and said NO. Wow. How unprofessional and the lack of friendliness and customer service we received. Keita didn't even greet us when we stepped at the register. We wish we got greeted with courtesy instead of being rude to customers.

  Extremely disappointed in this particular Goodwill. Donated some nice things. The individual that was supposed to be working was busy on his phone. He was also very unhelpful and disrespectful. I kept my cool, donated and made my exit. I will never go back to this location ever again. Take note Goodwill, you’re not the only donation place in town. Maybe you will look at all the reviews and take them seriously.

  Disrespectful staff, called me and my grandchild a derogatory term after asking about where to donate. After getting help from another individual, the man would continue to yell at us during this. Although it did have a nice parking lot. I would recommend going further up the road to a different Goodwill.
