  One of the manager there, who is a female African American was rude and disrespectful. The way she told me " Are you gonna pick that up" and " You don't see it dropped on the floor?" made me feel very upset. One of the hanger broke and dropped while I was selecting the dress size next to it. I didn't even cause that. I talked to her about the way she talked to me and she didn't seem to be sorry at all. Bad experience and will not be back.

  We visited on a sunny Friday in late February early through mid afternoon. We are fans of an outlet with all-the-deals and this location did NOT disappoint. In addition to two large bags of goodies the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone (including customers) seemed happy to be present. This location accepts unused items for return for 30 days with receipt and 45 days for Hilfiger club members. If a member you’ll also receive additional discounts. Who isn’t happier with a discount? As a side note, Tommy and Calvin are associated, if you purchase from one, historically they give you a coupon for the other store (printed with but cut separately with your receipt). On our visit we purchased at CK first and were provided an additional 15-20% off entire purchase at Tommy, good for SAME DAY ONLY. Tommy provided a $5.00 off purchase for CK.

  Estava provando algumas roupas, minha compra era certa na loja, pois os preços eram bons. Infelizmente, o responsável pelos vestiários gritou comigo ao me ver entrar sem a “autorização” dele. Deixei as peças e não fiz a compra. Em comparação, fui muito bem tratado na Lacoste no mesmo outlet.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store at Tanger Outlets National Harbor. The staff was not helpful at all and came across as extremely rude. When we asked for assistance, no one seemed interested in helping us. There were no fitting rooms available, which was already frustrating. To make matters worse, I overheard employees talking about my husband and me while standing very close to us. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service should not depend on whether a store is an outlet location or not. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I left the store feeling very disappointed and will not be returning.
