  The staff are so friendly and helpful. I needed a boot and only knew the color of the boot. LOL. Bri had me text her a picture of the boot and she found my size and held it for me. When I got to the store the manager and another sales associate were so helpful and nice. I love good service especially when it comes from our young people.

  First off, I want to start by saying Melonie provided amazing costumer service. I went to the counter with one shoe and ended up purchasing 3 because of her. However, the manager, Alesha completely ruined the experience for me. I purchase a shoe at 4:55pm and went on to shop in other stores. I returned to my car and looked over my items and I noticed the shoe I purchased had been worn. The bottoms were scuffed with black marks (visibly worn). I went back into the store at 5:42pm to see if I could swap them and Alesha had the nastiest attitude. She tried to blame the damage on the dirty store floors. She was rolling her eyes and shaking her head as she swapping the shoe bc it obviously worn. Not sure if she was having a bad day or something but her attitude/aura/energy was disgusting and rude. Everything about her was unfriendly from the moment I arrived to the counter with my issue.

  Nice people with excellent customer satisfaction. I had a very nice shoe in the store.

  My experience a few days ago was very unpleasant and has been on my mind since. I read a few other reviews before posting this and I'm a little comforted to know I'm not exaggerating. I needed a pair of shoes for an outfit I was putting together that same night. I selected and tried on two different shoes and was debating whether or not I was satisfied when a sales associate walked up to me and all but demanded that I let her but them behind the counter. As I shopped around a bit more, I found a 3rd pair that I liked and tried on. When I started to box them back up, the security guard - who had be on his phone the entire time I was in the store - moved in front of the door to block it. As if I was going to run out of the store with $80 shoes. When I went to check out with the 3rd pair, the sales associate from earlier sucked her teeth when I said I no longer wanted either of the 1st two pair. Still unsatisfied, I decided to purchase the shoes just to prove I could afford them. But I later returned them at a different location because I won't contribute to the commission of a sales associate who treats customers like that. I won't ever revisit this location again. Hesitant to shop the brand elsewhere.
