Bri had me text her a picture of the boot and she found my size and held it for me. When I got to the store the manager and another sales associate were so helpful and nice. I love good service especially when it comes from our young people.
- JLJaKayla LegetteMay 11, 20251.0First off, I want to start by saying Melonie provided amazing costumer service. I went to the counter with one shoe and ended up purchasing 3 because of her. However, the manager, Alesha completely ruined the experience for me. I purchase a shoe at 4:55pm and went on to shop in other stores. I returned to my car and looked over my items and I noticed the shoe I purchased had been worn. The bottoms were scuffed with black marks (visibly worn). I went back into the store at 5:42pm to see if I could swap them and Alesha had the nastiest attitude. She tried to blame the damage on the dirty store floors. She was rolling her eyes and shaking her head as she swapping the shoe bc it obviously worn. Not sure if she was having a bad day or something but her attitude/aura/energy was disgusting and rude. Everything about her was unfriendly from the moment I arrived to the counter with my issue.
