  Good selection. The two young men working there provided great service. If you ordered anything from the actual site, you cannot return to this location since its an outlet.

  First of all, I’ve had a lovely experience every time I’ve walked in the store since they’ve opened. Unfortunately, the other day, During the Black Friday sale weekend, I came in a week before the sale and bought a bag at 50% off because I didn’t want the bag to be gone if I didn’t make it in time during the sale. Well, I stopped back by the store during the weekend although the employees told me that the sale wasn’t going to change it actually did change. They added an additional 20% off on top of the 50%. So I called and And ask, can I have a price difference since I just bought the bag in the bag went on sale. The manager Victoria So they do not honor price Adjustments. I said that was fine. I would like to come in and return the purse and Repair purchased it for the new sale price. She is very rude and nasty and a professional and said well. I guess it told me that I was gonna mess up there numbers. You should always want to help your customers and give them the best deal, especially when the bag was just bought less than a week ago and then it went on it. Very big sale. Victoria, being a store manager needs to have better professionalism on the phone and in person she was very nasty and distasteful.

  My mother and I visited Marc Jacobs - National Harbor about 30 minutes after the store opened on a Saturday morning. Milah gave us a warm welcome and was amazing! She was attentive and extremely personable. As usual, I love the quality of my handbags and I'll be visiting this location again.

  First of all- staff here were lovely and I would give them 5 stars if this was just about the staff! Second: however unfortunately, I really need to call attention to the fact that apparently you can't return anything for a refund to this store. You are only able to get store credit. Fortunately, I liked my purchase, but I was really disappointed to read this on the receipt and it will make me much less likely to choose this store in the future. Also for the price of the bags, they should offer dust bags or something to store them in. However, the products were nice and so were the staff!
