The interlock device is glitchy and constantly caused problems, and their customer service made everything worse. Every call meant long hold times, rude or unhelpful reps, and zero accountability. I kept getting surprise charges, and instead of fixing anything, they acted like it was my fault. For a company that people are forced to rely on, the lack of competence and care is unbelievable. This whole experience has been stressful, expensive, and a complete headache. I would strongly warn anyone to stay far away from LifeSafer if they have any other option.

I came to Big Boy Toys in Oxon Hill and problem resolved. They are patient and take their time to really help you. Although I live in Waldorf and have an interlock shop 5 minutes from my house. I would rather take the 25 minute drive to Oxon Hill. Thank you Herbert you are the best!
