  My fiance and I went here to pick up an online order on Mother's Day. We expected a wait, but not the hour and 45 minutes we had. On top of this, there was zero organization and the front staff ("back staff" were the people organizing and preparing orders) were all teenage girls with no direction or clue what they were doing. My recommendations for days like Mother's Day when they have a huge increase in demand compared to other days: -Some kind of screen or display showing Orders Ready to Pickup. -trained staff in front that at least some SOME direction. -Shouting people's names when orders are ready, instead of whispering at the door for (insert name) and then returning inside when poor (name) was probably oblivious at the back of the line. -Stop taking orders after a point where you can not keep up with the demand. You don't turn away business, but I think being 2 hours behind (we were scheduled for a pickup at 11AM and left at 12:45) is more detrimental to your business. -Especially with social distancing measures, there should have been a table set up outside attending to customers and communicating. -Refuse immediate service to people that cut the line. We were all there picking up paid orders, and it should not have been other customers responsibility to argue or vent frustration to the oblivious but still rude customers cutting ahead of everyone. And then the staff attended to them.

  Great. I had a problem on Valentine’s Day where my recipient did not get the full package and they were able to give me constellation gift with a refund. Highly recommend for you to go here to treat someone special :)

  A very close friend of mine had death in their family. I thought a basket from Edible Arrangements would be nice since they had to travel out of town at the end of the week. I have used Edible Arrangement many times, never the Laytonsville location. I always was very satisfied with the product and the service. I am very unsatisfied with my service this this order at the Laytonsville location. The person the arrangement was delivered to was not at home at the time the driver went to the house. THE DRIVER LEFT THE ARRANGEMENT IN THE DRIVEWAY ON THE GROUND. The arrangement was beautiful (looking) however I felt very disrespected. Any animal could have urinated, licked or whatever on the package. It seemed like they were leaving food to feed an animal on the ground. Not only did I feel disrespected but it was unsanitary, serving food on the ground. I called the store and spoke to the owner Ms. Paula Griffin and also felt disrespected. Ms. Griffin's had a chuckle in her voice as I explained my frustration regarding the service. Signed, Very Unhappy Customer
