I parked at the lot below but I saw at least one place to park (parking garage) nearby: 11580 Old Georgetown Road Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Edward was friendly and patient while I tried on boots.

The employee was not knowledgeable about blundstone sizing and tried to tell me I had to convert my womens shoe size into a mens sizes. I tried explaining to him with the LLbean website that the sizing is in AU sizing and explicitly says to go 3 sizes down from your nomal size so a womens 9.5 is a AU 6.5. I have had maybe 5 pairs of Blundstones and I know for a fact that the size on the box is in AU sizes and I required a Au 6.5. He insisted they were mens sizes. I asked him what a mens size 3 is because they go down to a size 3 (because they are AU sizes NOT mens sizes). The employee told me they are mens/kids sizes, clearly having zero knowledge of what he was talking about. It felt like on top of him being unknowledgeable about Blundstone sizing, unwilling to look at the LLbean website I was showing him or listening to my explanation of the sizes, that he refused to get the size I required because he insisted I was wrong. It is a shame the shoes were in stock, but due to the employees lack of knowledge about Blundstone sizing and unwillingness to consider the possibiltiy that he was wrong, that I had to take my business elsewhere.
