  I just spent $400 on a pair of glasses that I need to pick up from this location only to get here and they tell me I have to wait outside for 10 minutes until they finish eating at 4:07 PM when I tell you unprofessional and not customer service oriented this is sad! If you need to hire more than one employee, I think they should do so but to take a break towards dinner time and you close in five hours, this is unacceptable! The worst customer service ever I would never order another pair of glasses to come here never again! Remind you, I just drove 30 minutes to get here!

  زرت اليوم Tanger Outlets National Harbor وكانت تجربة جميلة ومميزة! المكان منظم وأنيق جدًا، ويضم مجموعة رائعة من المتاجر العالمية، منها Sunglass Hut الذي لفت انتباهي بتصميمه الراقي وتنوع منتجاته الحديثة. الأجواء في الأوت لت مريحة ومفعمة بالحيوية، والخدمة في المتاجر راقية ومحترمة. أنصح بزيارة هذا المكان الرائع لمن يبحث عن التسوق الراقي والأجواء الهادئة في آنٍ واحد. 🌟 I visited Tanger Outlets National Harbor today, and it was such a pleasant and impressive experience! The place is beautifully organized, featuring a wide variety of international brands. Sunglass Hut especially caught my attention with its elegant design and stylish collection. The outlet has a relaxing and vibrant atmosphere, and the customer service across the stores was very professional and welcoming. I truly recommend visiting this wonderful destination for anyone who enjoys refined shopping and a calm, enjoyable environment. 🌟

  I recently visited Sunglass hut Tanger outlets and was disappointed by the music selection playing in the background. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, the loud, explicit lyrics created an uncomfortable environment for shoppers. As a parent, I found it especially off-putting, as I didn’t feel it was appropriate for a family-friendly store. While I appreciate that music can set a mood, the choice here felt completely misaligned with the brand’s image. Instead of enhancing the shopping experience, it detracted from it and made me consider leaving sooner than I had planned. I hope the management reconsiders their playlist to better suit their customer base. It’s a shame because the products are great, but the atmosphere could use a serious upgrade. I expressed it to the manager Cindy and she was very rude and off putting about it.
