- JBJoshua BullockNov 5, 20251.0I just spent $400 on a pair of glasses that I need to pick up from this location only to get here and they tell me I have to wait outside for 10 minutes until they finish eating at 4:07 PM when I tell you unprofessional and not customer service oriented this is sad! If you need to hire more than one employee, I think they should do so but to take a break towards dinner time and you close in five hours, this is unacceptable! The worst customer service ever I would never order another pair of glasses to come here never again! Remind you, I just drove 30 minutes to get here!
