  I really like the staff here & the service is always fast and easy. However I noticed some of the pre rolls on my last order looked like they had been opened and weed had been taken from them. I hate to accuse someone and it’d be different if it were just one. But I’ve found another and I’ve spent a lot of money for quality and QUANTITY. I suggest you review your cameras, one of your employees has been skimming. Won’t be coming back anymore.

  The customer service was outstanding and amazing and they were very helpful, I really felt welcomed when I entered the store 😊

  I had a really disappointing experience at Ascend as a first-time customer. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a woman in her middle age staff member whose attitude felt cold and unwelcoming. Instead of making us feel comfortable or guiding us through the process as new customers, it felt like we were being rushed the entire time. We had placed an order, but were told we couldn’t pick it up because it was close to closing time. There was nothing on the website indicating any cutoff for order pickups, so this came as a complete surprise. While I can understand businesses having policies around closing, the lack of clear communication and the way it was handled made the situation frustrating. What made the experience worse was how dismissive our questions were treated. When we tried to ask for clarification, we barely received any response, which made us feel unwelcome and like our presence was an inconvenience. Overall, the customer service left a lot to be desired. As a first-time visitor, this was not a good impression, and unfortunately, it’s not a place I would consider returning to.
