- YCYKM CMar 29, 20263.0I’m was so excited about this store opening. I used to have to drive to Rockville or Chevy Chase to go to Nordstrom Rack. This location has good makeup and beauty selections, it’s actually great ! However, their selection of clothing is terrible. It’s outdated, I’m in my early 30s. Couldn’t find a thing. This is a message to the buyer of the store. Please include trendier and more fashion forward pieces to the store for a younger demographic.

When I explained my reason for return, the associate explained that they have a strict no return policy and that you should check the item before purchase. The manager Briana only reiterated their policy. They weren't rude, rather matter of fact. Their customer service however was lackluster and somewhere south of mediocre. While it was only $35 or $40 mascara, one would expect that at least it would be usable. I'd caution anyone shopping here to be aware, but at least this explains why so many boxes of product appear tampered with. I've never purchased spoiled makeup from Nordstrom, so I'll stick with the mainline stores and avoid these unless it's for t-shirts...
