When the order was placed, we were told that several other orders were going to the same service so we thought okay no problem…. Upon arrival to the services, our arrangement was missing. After the services ended, we called to inquire and our arrangement never left the shop. This was a special arrangement incorporating a major piece of our loved one’s life. It is disappointing and appalling that with this being a known service, pieces were left behind. While the shop eventually dropped off the flowers and did promise a refund, it is disheartening for something representing a pivotal time in his life to not present.

The latest delivery— Thanksgiving flowers— was met with a response from my aunt of “OMG! They are so beautiful! I was a little late calling but the order was filled and the person on the phone was very professional and was extremely helpful during a sad time. Everyone including myself loved the beautiful flower arrangement. I didn’t specify color or types of flowers I only provided a price range and the arrangement was exquisite and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Potomac Floral Design Studio for your future flower requests. They are relatively New and one of the best florist in the area. They have excellent prices, a wide variety of flower arrangements for all occasions, and outstanding flower designers.
