- DDDerekNov 14, 20252.0I love Good Will, but not this one. First, they organize all of the men’s clothes, according to color with no discernible way to find things in your size which I did not like. Second, the fitting rooms are not available, “since the pandemic.“ manager won’t open them. Ok Third, said they wouldn’t give me a break on a sweater that had a hole in it. Admitted it shouldn’t have been put out, but the price is the price. I’ve shopped in a lot of Goodwill‘s, and the employees typically feel a sense of ownership and empowerment. That was not the case with this experience.

I had called to make sure they would accept furniture and after they said yes and I loaded everything into the truck. upon arrival they told me they don't have room for furniture.
