- KCKenji Cab5 days ago1.0No good takes too long to get a Ray-Ban meta glass says 3-5 days but it’s been 7 days crazy and there’s no tracking number at all to clarify when’s my glasses gonna come and last time I called they said order has been cancelled so idk and now I can’t cancel because it’s been processed and idk will not come here anymore
- AWayanna wilsonAug 3, 20241.0The manager is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I purchased some Tiffany and Co glasses and wanted to exchange them a week later. I NEVER wore them . She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do anything because they were scratched. A COMPLETE LIE. I took them to two other sunglass hut locations just to see if they saw any scratches etc and they DIDN’T . I exchanged them at The METRO CENTER location. They have EXCELLENT customer service. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen this is the location for you.
