I went in to purchase designer sunglasses for my son and possibly my daughter, I have purchased several pairs of shades from there this past year alone.. asked the associate where the men”s designer glasses are, he looked me up and down and said, the Ray Bans are right over there, which I could clearly see when I walked up, I collected myself and waved my hand up and said as in Prada Gucci, Versace etc….. he goes ohhhhhh there on this side, so I said yes these are what I’m looking for, thank you… he goes on to feel the need to explain that those types weren’t on sale, but there was a discount on selected pairs… boom strike 2… he then says if you want to see any of these let me know, I showed him the pair that I wanted and he just walked off never to return, after waiting, I went to find him and he’s with two Caucasian ladies, giving them top notch service on their Ray Bans, so I said, I guess you didn’t hear me ask you to show me the glasses. their money must be more important….his face shattered as it should have…… not only did he treat me badly and as if I couldn’t afford what I was looking for, I was there first. After I said what I said making sure that I was heard, I left and will get my shades elsewhere from now on, may even just cancel my credit card… I hope he’s thinking about the money he lost and how he treated someone who is the same complexion as he. This one scarred me.
- KCKenji CabNov 19, 20251.0No good takes too long to get a Ray-Ban meta glass says 3-5 days but it’s been 7 days crazy and there’s no tracking number at all to clarify when’s my glasses gonna come and last time I called they said order has been cancelled so idk and now I can’t cancel because it’s been processed and idk will not come here anymore
- AWayanna wilsonAug 3, 20241.0The manager is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I purchased some Tiffany and Co glasses and wanted to exchange them a week later. I NEVER wore them . She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do anything because they were scratched. A COMPLETE LIE. I took them to two other sunglass hut locations just to see if they saw any scratches etc and they DIDN’T . I exchanged them at The METRO CENTER location. They have EXCELLENT customer service. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen this is the location for you.
