- HTHamid Tn2 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. This was my second bad experience with in-store Express employees at two different locations. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and own almost every dress shirt they offer in multiple colors. Honestly, the design and quality used to be much better!! I went in to exchange a Polo shirt because I didn’t like the color, and the employee was extremely rude!! She was practically yelling that I didn’t have a receipt and couldn’t do anything. No effort to help, no alternatives offered. I didn’t even care that much about the refund…it was the attitude and lack of basic customer service that stood out. It matters what you do but it also matters HOW you do it! No wonder Express is closing stores. Sad to see, but not surprising!!! Today was the last day my family and I did business with them.
