- KKKayla KOct 31, 20253.0The lighting really needs to be improved, it like shopping in a basement, I literally have to use a flashlight to be able to see the shoes on certain shelves. Additionally there is such a thing as being too helpful. I want to shop and look at my options and I will ask for help if I need it. I was overwhelmed by the amount of representatives walking up to me. Every single person working offered me assistance which almost drove me out of the store. I don't want to have to listen to 5 different people offer me the same things when I haven't even looked at a single item. Upon return I was met with the same eagerness to help but its not helpful when your pulling me away from the products I want to look at to show me the products you want me to look at. I love vans and I will continue wearing them but the associates bothered me way too much. I am not interested in that kind of shopping experience.
