  I had gone to this store previously and vowed yo come back next time. Matina is terrific! Although the store was busy and she was the only representative working, somehow she found a way to navigate among us all, getting everyone just the right amount of service and support they needed. Great job!!

  My fiancé wanted to get glasses for our wedding. We went 6 weeks in advance and were told the glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. We reached out after 3 weeks for an update - the store manager told us that she would get back to us but never did (Lazy). Another week went by, and we called for an update, she in-return told us that our order never went through and asked us more information about the order to redo everything. She could not pull up our order (don’t know why). Anyways, long story short - my fiancé does NOT have glasses for the wedding. Do not recommend this location AT ALL.

  They placed an order for prescribed sunglasses. They said I will get it in 2 weeks max but it’s been 4 weeks. I still haven’t received my sunglasses. When I go to store or call them, they don’t have clear answer about when it will arrive. So frustrating!! I already filled up feedback form twice. Customer service said someone should reach out to you in 2-3 days but it’s been almost week. No one has responded.

  Members at this location by the movie theater are weird. I went in to get a warranty replacement for a magnet issue on my versace and the lady at the register was weird the whole time. She was being short and rude when I asked about the warranty and she proceeds to grab her manager and talk bad about their other stores which I understand if you have any issues with your company thats between you and them, but when you complain so much that im standing in their showroom looking for help while they cry about “the customer needing to pay sticker and thats not how we do things here”. I began to feel uncomfortable. Honestly this drove me away and I wont be back. At any other store theyre always nice and professional but not here where they insist they dont do discounts and they do things right insisting i did it wrong???? L store L management take ur business to their other store trust me!
