I came into this store to return luggage that I had bought a day prior bc it was not exactly what I needed. I think the two gentlemen who helped me out were named Jason and Lee or Huyn maybe? (I’m worried I have their names wrong bc it’s been a month since I was in.) Anyway, these guys were so sweet and helpful to me and my husband. I was looking specifically for a carryon that would fit my 17 inch laptop, and they diligently helped me find exactly what I needed. I ended up buying two pieces of luggage bc it was a good deal and because I liked them so much. I appreciate that they made my return very easy. Gentlemen, if I got your names wrong, I’m sorry. I hope you know who you are. I just want to say thank you for helping me find my carryon. It’s been serving me well!
