  Highly recommend the Samsonite store in Arundel Mills the staff there are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They not only helped me through all their warranty procedures over the phone, but they were even nicer in person, and made whole process and transaction such a pleasant one! I’ll continue getting Sam‘s night luggage from this location. -Abigail A.

  Every time I need quality luggage and outstanding service, I head straight to this location. The store is always beautifully organized, with a fantastic selection of top-tier luggage. I consistently receive stellar service, and my latest visit was no exception. Huge thanks to Jason for helping me find the perfect addition to my set!!!

  Bought a luggage set here Thursday. The only reason I gave this 2-star rating is because I needed to return it, and the shop was closed. The sign gave new summer hours of 11am to 7pm, but no one was there, and there was no explanation of why it was closed. I called and found no voice message indicating a reason as well. I went back Saturday and again found the store closed. The service was great the day it was open so the 2 star rating is not indicative of the shop or staff. Just unhappy with the lack of details or explanation.
