From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. We were honestly amazed by how phenomenal he was. Truly focused on making sure we had a great experience. We were so impressed that we made it a point to praise him to the manager, who shared that Kyler was just promoted to Assistant Manager and that promotion could not be more well deserved. He is an absolute perfect fit for leadership. We will definitely be back because of the service he provided.

From the moment I walked in, Kate was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wonderful to work with. She made the experience fun and stress-free, even with how busy the store was. Laquis went above and beyond helping me find the perfect Christmas gift for my boyfriend—right down to explaining how and where he could wear it, which made me feel so confident in my choice. The overall customer service was outstanding. Despite the large crowd, every employee had a huge smile on their face and treated customers with patience and care. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and truly amazing. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again!

However, I was compelled to do so due to the incredibly exceptional level of quality customer service that I received on multiple occasion from Kathryn Sheehan, store manager. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with an infectious & welcoming smile. I was given information on sales & asked if I had any questions & to let her know if I needed anything. The store was drawing a crowd, nonetheless, after Kathryn assisted others she later returned to see if I needed any assistance. She gave me great & honest feedback which influenced my purchase decisions. I bought 3 items (1 is posted in pic). My decision to do so & return was solely based upon my experience with her. I actually looked forward to shopping at this location. Not only was it the best service I've received at any KORS, it was HANDS DOWN the best service I received in the entire Arundel Mills mall..& I purchased from multiple stores. Keep this individual at all costs, if she asks for a raise, give it to her! She's an an incredible asset to your brand/store/corporation! Trust me!
