  I walked into Lacoste yesterday around 2:30 pm. I passed 2 female employees who saw me coming in. Neither greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I browsed a bit then decided to leave. As I was leaving from the back of the store another female employee passed me and said nothing to me but at least she was helping someone else so I understand. The customer service in the store was non existent towards me. Why!

  Visited today and wasn’t greeted—three sales associates sat at the counter chatting while I browsed. No one offered help; I dug through the racks of so many XXL’s to find my sizes. Then, in the fitting room, they have a sign asking customers to re-rack the clothes they try on, I guess because the three staff have too much to do. As I re-racked my clothes, the sales associate who opened the room for me did not ask how the pieces fit so I promptly left the store purchasing nothing.

  Decent store , I love going there but they never have the new stuffs!! Especially the shoes never have sizes always have to go to the 5th avenue in NY ..OLOT have great customer relating skill … good employee .. again size 11 please 🙏

  I am very disappointed with the return policy. After just two days, I tried to return a shirt that didn’t fit my husband. It was unworn and in perfect condition. However, both the employee and the manager informed me that they only offer store credit, even though the receipt clearly states that returns are accepted within 30 days. They insisted there are no refunds, only store credit. My husband was very upset and we had to purchase a size that was not fitting him perfectly and we have to alter it. It is just nonsense

  I rarely leave a negative review but my experience at the Lacoste at Arundel Mills around 2 pm today ruined my day. My wife picked up a shirt for me two days ago but it was too tight at the shoulder. We took it back today and checked other sizes but the waist was to big with the other sizes. I was bitterly surprised when they said that they would accept returns and could give only store credit even though they had nothing that fitted me. When we asked for the store manager, the young female manager appeared quite indifferent and said that it was written on the receipt (that my wife received after the purchase was completed) and also it was a part of a 16 line disclaimer that was written in font 10 on one of the tables. I was forced to take the larger size and I have to remember my poor shopping experience at the Lacoste of Arundel mills whenever I put on the ill-fitted shirt
