My husband was buying boots, and the cashier Ian made the checkout process confusing, uncomfortable, and disrespectful. If you pay using tap, they will charge your card in $100 increments. This was NOT explained ahead of time, and there is NO signage anywhere warning customers. It’s 2026, if you have a policy like this, you need to clearly inform people before they’re asked to tap their card. What made it worse is that he never told me the total amount. He simply told me to tap my card, without explaining how many charges would go through or what the final total would be. That’s unacceptable and honestly feels shady. The entire interaction was dismissive and careless. As a Hispanic customer, I left feeling humiliated and disrespected. Transparency and respect should not be optional when taking someone’s money. Bass Pro Shops needs serious retraining on communication and customer service. I will not be returning.

The inside can be removed for a lighter coat that will keep your warm when it's not freezing out. I love it. But prices on the hunting weapons are way to high. You can get them cheaper elsewhere.
