I have an autistic son. He is now five. I brought him to the Arundel Mills mall when he was we three years old. A young girl punched him in the face and then the mother asked me if I could hold my son up so they could get more punches in. Total insanity. This has never happened anywhere else. Second time I took him to the same mall. A young woman took a large plastic boat and tried to murder my son for being too slow. When I got the police involved, she actually told the police “I want to destroy him, so he no longer breathes again”. No where else has this level of violence ever occurred to my son. I mean no where else. There is something very wrong with the customers that Arundel Mills attracts. I have not experienced any of these issues at the Columbia mall, Annapolis or malls in Virginia. On a positive note, if you really hate your life and want to end it but are afraid to do it. Just go to this mall and some one will do it for free.

Great mall! Lots of stores. Went to the Micheal Kors store here looking for something just right for my husband since I was told they had a nice size men's section. Let me just say... It did NOT disappoint. Also, I was surprised to see Crafty Crab connected to the mall as well.

Arundel Mills is so nostalgic for me. The interior design is so iconic and fun. All the colors and themes are so cohesive. I love going to the food court to get the pizza! It’s so delicious and very reasonably priced. I will always love this mall. The best part is obviously the Lego store🙏😸

Today at around 2:30 PM, I was hit and run over by a motorized security scooter driven by a female security officer inside Arundel Mills Mall. She was driving recklessly in a crowded pedestrian area and struck my back with significant force. I was injured and in pain, but she did not stop or check on me and showed no concern or sense of responsibility. Security staff should protect shoppers, not endanger them. This mall needs to enforce safe scooter operation and hold employees accountable. I hope management takes this seriously before someone else is hurt.

I specifically went to Cole Haan on Friday Dec 26,25. When I walked in I was not greeted yet all 3 employees saw me. No one asked if I needed any assistance. I purchased a pair of shoes. The cashier only said how much I owe. Not a hello (she was too busy speaking with her friend). I left but felt uncomfortable with the lack of customer service. I turned around returned my shoes. Again, I walked in & was not greeted until I got to the cash register. I was not asked why I was returning. I asked who was the manager. I explained to him my disappointment with the lack of customer service. I told him I was going to another Coke Haan to purchase the same shoe, and he shrugged his shoulders and said,”We have to do better.” Not an apology, not a let me fix it but let’s get you back into those shoes. Nothing! Very disappointing!
