I received a call from the store at 1:30 ,(they close at 2 PM) telling me Berkley Springs is too far to deliver in a Uber, their delivery driver is out sick and they cannot make the delivery. She offered to refund my delivery fee and deliver on Monday I daid they both work long hours let me check with them and ill call you back is this a good number to call you back on? She said yes call me back. I check and Monday won't work they will not be home so I tried calling back for 20 minutes and the phone would go to voicemail. I finally left a message to cancel the order. Tried calling their customer service (which I will call back every day until I get a person to speak to ) it is very unprofessional to wait until the last minute to let me know that they could not deliver as requested and agreed upon and left me with no time to make alternate delivery arrangements. I would not recommend this company nor this store. I just read all the bad reviews on Trust Pilot about how hard it is to get a refund once they default so I'll be contacting my bank to get my money refunded. Avoid the headache and use another company.

Called in to ask how they'd fix this and their offer was to Re-Deliver.... why would I want it after the holiday? I wouldn't order overpriced fruit on a normal day. She said she'd have the manager call me back. Manager didn't have the stones and made the poor associate call me back. Only offer was refund. After ruining a V-Day delivery, their best remedies are Re-Delivery or Refund. Sad!
