The day after Black Friday, the store looked like it was running on autopilot. I couldn’t find a single register, and there were zero associates anywhere on the floor. It felt like the entire staff disappeared. When I finally tracked down someone at customer service, the attitude was unbelievable—rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed that I even asked for help. If this is what Belk considers customer service, it’s a joke. This store is disorganized, understaffed, and has absolutely no sense of urgency or professionalism. I won’t be back, and I don’t recommend anyone waste their time here.
