  I wore the heels for 1 night and they gave me blisters and started falling apart. I don’t recommend shopping here! The quality is poor and they don’t take responsibility for their shoes in returns!!!!!

  I love DSW, my reviews long so bear with me, lol I found them online to my surprise. There’s a store in Hagerstown Maryland didn’t even know it was there. They have a lot of different brands and a lot of different sizes. But they don’t carry them all in store. You can order them online and a lot of times it’s free shipping and if they don’t fit, you can return them to the Hagerstown store . I don’t really care for the online customer service but the in-store customer service in Hagerstown when you call the Hagerstown number they are so nice and friendly and helpful. The girl explained to me how many different brands they have, which is the best brand to buy for comfort which ones are recommended by doctors she said online has better selection is for us wides they have wide extra wide, triple extra wide, medium and slim in some shoes. Much more variety than in a store. I was truly impressed. She won my business. I have been going to Skechers stores to get my shoes, but they are limited in their wide sizes. I wear an 8 wide so I was limited to what I could buy. I’ve gone to Nike and can never find anything that fits me even Brooks because all stores are limited when it comes to wide sizes. And I have a little swelling in my feet. So for years, I was stuck buying sketchers and the only ones that they had in a wide were ugly. When I found DSW I can honestly say I was nervous ordering online. I ordered two pair one pair of sketchers like I normally wear, which are ugly and one pair of Keds and they had both pair and eight wide I gave the sketchers away lol the keds fit me perfect. So I ordered a pair of Ryka, they had them in an eight wide. I can’t wait for them to arrive it was free shipping to my house. Now these don’t fit, I will take them back to the store. My intention is to go to the store and check it out. They’re literally try on shoes. It’ll feel so good to walk into a store and be able to try on different brands. Or to look at other brands and then see if they have them online in my size and odds are good they will. Thank you DSW in Hagerstown Maryland you won my business and they do have stores other than Hagerstown.

  Got shoes here for my step daughter the other day. We had interactions with sales floor worker, cashier and the general manager. From the front door to the check out counter the interactions were all great and the store was clean and organized above expectations. We purchased shoes from the clearance rack. Items were organized. If you went to the size on the rack you were looking for all the shoes in it were the correct sizes matching the sign. The pricing was very fair and lower than other stores clearance sections including Kohl’s and Walmart. We will definitely be back! Glad to have a nice store in Hagerstown to buy shoes at!
