I’ve always had good service, polite and informative sales people the store in Glen Burnie, and the old Annapolis store the Manager there was terrific after the manager left in Annapolis. The store was closed and I know why because all the sales people were rude and did not care about my interest what I liked. I’m so glad that the store manager in Glen Burnie is doing well and I love going to the store. I love talking to the sales people they’re helpful. They tell me about what’s coming up using my credit card and getting my bonus dollars if you don’t have a Good experience then look in the mirror. It might be your attitude.

- ASAnthony ShafferOct 17, 20251.0Such a sleeazy, dishonest company. Wife bought some clothes and got signed up for "perks" without her knowledge or conscious consent. Perks cost $17/month for no discernible benefit. Call 844 number and they say you have to cancel "perks" in the store. Call store and they (of course) say that the local store mgr doesn't create or manage the nationwide "perks" program. So nobody will admit to having signed her up for this, nobody can tell her how to cancel it, nobody will refund our money. Had to call bank and dispute this to get it stopped, which is the opposite of good customer service.

I walked the whole store and not one of the associates asked if I needed any help. They will never see me again. If I could give them negative stars I would. I worked retail for many years (even worked for Lane Bryant) and have shopped their stores and online for over 30 years and never have I been so disappointed.
