  Making the effort to donate instead of trash and the person at receiving was beyond rude. I showed up at 7:48 and rang the bell to donate. I unloaded multiple boxes and bags before the door opened at 7:54 and a male came out and started dragging boxes in. He called out with a lot of aggression “just so you know we close at 8:00.” We said it’s not 8:00. He said yeah it’s 7:56. Then when I set down a boxed Christmas tree he said we don’t take Xmas trees. I said I didn’t know that. He then schooled me that the cameras are monitored so if we think we’re going to dump it we’ll get fined. We said yea thanks man hope you have a better night. He yanked the door down. Trying to do the right thing and donate instead of trash things that can be resold and their staff acts so nasty over dropping off during their operating hours. Don’t waste time coming to this location because their attitude was pretty upsetting.

  I am very disappointed in my experience. I brought a very nice couch that I no longer needed. The man at the donation center was beyond rude. He asked me if I could get the couch out myself and then got mad when he had to help me! He did not even say thank you. I have never been treated so unkindly at a goodwill in my life. I went inside and told a worker who said she’d relay to the manager and apologized but I’m just stunned at the lack of customer service. Just nasty. I will donate here again.

  The selections and stuff on the floor were okay. Once I found what I wanted I went to the register and saw no one was there, I look around and no worker was on the floor. I look toward the back area where the employees are and I see an employee looking at me through the door but not coming up to ring me out. I was standing there for about 10 minutes and decided to leave. No customer should have to wait more than 5 minutes for an employee to tend to them.
