The pickup area wasn’t clearly marked, so I walked around trying to find it. Once I finally located it, there was someone ahead of me being helped. When it was my turn, the associate clearly saw me standing there but walked straight to the back without saying a single word, no “Hi,” no “How can I help you! Nothing. I had to walk from the pickup area to the back just to find someone who could actually assist me. The lack of customer service was unbelievable. If you choose to work in customer service, that means helping all customers, not picking and choosing who you want to acknowledge. If you didn’t feel like working that day, you should’ve just called out! Much appreciation to the gentleman who did step in and help me, he understood right away and seemed familiar with that type of behavior. Also, a quick note: please don’t watch me while I shop, especially when I have my shades on. I spend way too much money in Nordstrom Rack to be followed around. Watch the ones who actually cause problems, not paying customers. My receipts speak for themselves!
