    Everyone here is super nice and helpful. I got a care kit and thought it was cool that it comes with free refills. Didn’t even know that was a thing, but it’s definitely handy. I got the protection plan for my sunglasses and I’m glad I did. I usually take care of them, but it’s cool to know I’m covered if something happens. I don’t wear prescription sunglasses myself, but they’ve got you covered if you do. They explain everything without making you feel pressured, which I really appreciate.

    I came in because I recently got a new pair of sunglasses and one of the nose pads and screw came out. I was helped right away and instead of just replacing one nose pad they replaced both and tightened all my screws! And for the cherry on top, it was free! Excellent customer service!
