  Everyone here is super nice and helpful. I got a care kit and thought it was cool that it comes with free refills. Didn’t even know that was a thing, but it’s definitely handy. I got the protection plan for my sunglasses and I’m glad I did. I usually take care of them, but it’s cool to know I’m covered if something happens. I don’t wear prescription sunglasses myself, but they’ve got you covered if you do. They explain everything without making you feel pressured, which I really appreciate.

  I purchased a pair of expensive Oakley’s for my wife. They were very fragile. One of the pieces broke..within 6 months. I’ve contacted Oakley’s who said they cannot be repaired not can I get a replacement part to fix it myself. Sunglasses Hut of Macy’s said they could give us 50% of toward the purchase of another pair. It just won’t cost much to replace the broken piece...I purchased from these folks because I thought they’d standby their product. 1. I won’t be buying from Sunglasses Hut again. I’ll go direct when I can. I’ve also had a way better experience with Maui Jim’s. I’ve broken those...and Maui Jim direct fixes: no questions asked.
