- CMClyde MooreApr 22, 20261.0I checked on Google and the Official JC Penneys Web Site to see if the store had a Big Man's Apparel Department. Both stated that there was. I drove about 40 minutes each way to get there. No fault of JCPenney but the parking lot was Deplorable. I drove around the whole Mall twice to make sure Penneys was open. Most of my big man apparel has come from JCPenney's in the last 15 years. From various locations. I buy the Shaquille O'Neal line and the Michael Strahan line when they had it. I have two wonderful Shaquille O'Neal sports jackets from JCPenney's. Well the Big Man part was shoved together with stuff on highly reduced sale status. Maybe three suit jackets and hardly anything else consider "Nice" if you were going out to an event or something like that. It was put in a tiny little area. Nothing like I had ever shopped at before. One thing they did have was a big supply of the shapeless, brightly colored Fatboy T-shirts. We Big Men get tired of having to wear those shirts all of the time. 4 years JCPenney carried The Foundry Clothing Line which was just Impeccable. That line is long gone and not coming back. I'll never get that hour and 20 minutes back in my life of driving time. I will say there were two nice ladiesthat worked ther, that said Hello to me while I walked around the store. That is always greatly appreciated. Of course I won't be going back to that store.

What should have taken 3-5 minutes took about 20minutes. I never shop here and the one time I do the customer service experience was very poor and the people in the jewelry dept did not seem to m is what they were doing
