Even though it's not a positive situation to Even have the unit, they don't make it worse when I go for calibration. I drive a hour and 5 minutes each way to use the Delmar,MD location. My previous location was 18 miles. I was so disgusted with the attitudes, rudeness, unprofessional behaviors and broken appointments. Yet if I broke/missed a appointment I was charged a fee. Of which i never did. The ladies in the office are nice, professional, polite and helpful. I think his name is Mike but he's extremely helpful and easy to deal with. If I have to I would definitely recommend the ride and service to anyone in need.
