I brought it back and Adam worked with Brother and got it straightened out. Once again, a very happy and satisfied customer. That is why I only purchase machines from a quilt shop and not on line. Who do you talk to online when you have a problem? Buy small business all the time!!

They have everything you need for quilting and sewing in general (perhaps not clothes). Schmetz needles, batting, thread, patterns, and classes if you’re not sure where to start. Fabulous selection of Bernina, Bernette and Brother sewing machines so you’re sure to find something if you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro. I hear they may be looking to expand their offerings to include yarn and hand embroidery/cross stitch soon so I will certainly be keeping an eye out!

They even have project bags, where you can buy the pre-cut materials, and a pattern already packaged. It's brilliant. I love the redesign of the shop as well. It's open and bright with all off the things you need. I haven't taken a class there yet, but their embroidery machine calls my name every time I go. Check this place out. There is something for everyone!

We offer a wide range of premium quilting fabrics, notions, sewing supplies, and the latest sewing, quilting, and embroidery machines.
Do you offer machine repair services?
Yes. Our certified service department handles repairs for many sewing and embroidery machine brands. A $50 non-refundable diagnostic fee is required when a machine is dropped off. This fee is applied to the repair cost or toward the purchase of a new machine if the customer chooses not to repair.
Do you offer customer discounts?
Yes. To receive a Guild Discount, Military Discount, or County Teacher Discount, customers must show current, valid identification at each visit. Expired IDs or memberships cannot be accepted.
Is there a minimum for credit or debit card purchases?
Yes. A $15 minimum purchase is required for all credit or debit card transactions. No exceptions.
Do you still honor the Preferred Customer (PC) Card?
2026 is the final year for the Preferred Customer 20% Discount Card. A new rewards program launches on April 1, 2026, and will be free for all customers to join.
Can I reserve a MakerSpace seat?
Yes. Beginning January 20, 2026, MakerSpace seats can be reserved in two-hour increments.
Is there a fee to use the MakerSpace?
Use of the MakerSpace is free, but a $15 deposit is required to reserve a seat. The deposit becomes a store credit on the day of the reservation or will be saved to the customer’s account.
How many people can use the MakerSpace at one time?
Up to five makers can use the MakerSpace at once.
What is included when I reserve a seat?
A reserved seat includes access to a worktable, power outlets (for travel-sized sewing machines; no embroidery units), a pressing station, and use of the cutting table with mats and tools located just inside the employee-only area.
Can I reserve a larger space for big projects or quilt basting?
Yes. Larger requests should be made through the QP Inspiration Space, which is better suited for big projects and group work.

Yes, The Quilting Parlour continues to provide a 20% preferred customer discount during and after their rebranding process.
