  My issue is not with your employee but your app. First it tries to force the bank option. I had to deny it twice. It then decided to use my bank account even though I was paying cash. I looked and cannot find a way to remove my bank account. I am thinking to report the app and bank you are usung to the bbb and whatever financial oversight group controls them.

  Going here is always a solid experience, today Ayanna went the extra mile to check if a device was what I needed. As it turns out I could utilize it the way I wanted to but it was not recommended and she made sure to let me know the full intended purpose of the device and that save me time money and I'm sure a headache! Solid service every single time.
