The manager at this location (Joseph - store # 5086) Columbia, MD, completely lacks any customer services skills and has no knowledge of the products being sold at this location. I completely understand why the staff lacks knowledge - their leader is incompetent. Reaching out to the Sunglass Hut Corporate Office to file an official complaint now since Joseph REFUSED to give me his GM's name and or leave a message for the GM to call me back.
