  Great customer service! The staff was extremely helpful and had an awesome eye for style. They made the whole shopping experience easy and fun — from helping pick out outfits to giving honest feedback and making sure everything fit right.

  Came here recently to get my daughter her homecoming dress. We have been here numerous times over the years and typically dont expect much as they are not a high end boutique. Everything was fine at first we walked around and picked a few dresses to try on. We were in line waiting for the attendant to tell us which dressing room to go into. We noticed several young ladies with their boyfriends in there. In the dressing room. Not waiting outside the dressing room. There were standing inside the area where the girls come out to view the full length mirror. My daughter was very uncomfortable and we both had to squeeze into the room for her comfort while she was showing me the dress. No one said anything to the boys in there. The girls were just chatting up with them, hanging all over them, changing, laughing, and I was confused. Immediately after we left the dressing room they ran in right behind us (the girl and boy together) jumping in front of the next person in line to try their dress on. I didn't realize the dressing room was coed. Its my understanding they only sell womens clothing. My daughter told me she has come with her father and the dads wait all the way outside the dressing rooms. They also jumped in front of us during check out and the employee just ignored us and took them first. This is a reason to not come back to this location. I feel like the employees should have addressed the boys. They walked around them multiple times saying nothing!

  I recently had a frustrating experience at Windsor that left a sour taste in my mouth. I was shopping for clothes and was in the store well before closing time, yet at 7:30, I was told I could no longer use the fitting rooms, even though the store itself doesn’t close until 8 PM. This felt unreasonable, especially considering there was no prior warning about this policy—no announcements over the intercom or signage to inform customers that the fitting rooms would close earlier than the store. To make matters worse, I wasn't the only one affected. Another shopper was also told she couldn't try on the clothes she was actively looking for because of the same early fitting room closure. It’s disappointing that Windsor prioritizes rushing customers out of the fitting rooms over allowing them to try on clothes in peace, especially when they are already in the store and ready to buy. A better approach would be to allow customers already browsing to try on clothes without feeling rushed or inconvenienced by an unannounced policy. Overall, this experience left me reconsidering whether I’d return to Windsor in the future.

  I’ve been to a couple different Windsor’s now to shop. And this store hands down is my favorite to shop in. The manager does her thing to keep this store running so well. I love the girls that work here too they are so friendly and very helpful. It’s always a good shopping experience and the store looks immaculate! 🥰
