Unfortunately, also the UP escalator in Macy’s was broken and blocked off! To get to the Apple Store just outride Macy’s - 2nd floor, I had to walk all the way down to the stairs by the food court to go upstairs! Luckily, After a trip to the car, I realized where the elevator was so I could get upstairs, which was better than going all the way to end the food court. Why can’t these be fixed? I know this is first world problem… But for the caliber that Columbia is, I was very surprised.
