It's one of the malls that I regularly visit that isn't going out of business.
However, some of my favorite stores like Kokkee Tea and Athleta either relocated or went out of business.
Good mall. It's lit .

A massive cultural hub! My friends and myself spent literal hours exploring this place. We had a real fun time. I'm glad I went in blind, I was so shocked by the amount of activities to do! I believed that shopping malls are unfortunately a dying breed nowadays, but this mall revealed to us that some malls are still holding strong 💪

USED to be a GREAT mall BUT it's been going downhill...ESCALATORS ALWAYS BROKEN !!! they need to replace them it's obviously time ! (all that money they have but they don't handle business) ALSO - they took ALL the fountains out which were a relaxing beautiful highlight of the mall, especially by the massage places. The places where the fountains used to be look empty and awful . Speaking of water, the roof has soooo many leaks! the past bunch of times I visited, there were buckets and wet floor signs everywhere! FIX YOUR ROOF !!! Another HORRIBLE IDEA was replacing chairs, benches, etc. with cheap FABRIC seating! eeewww just gross,so unsanitary, full of germs, spills, urine, etc. plus they're stained 🤮 Arundel Mills at least has plenty of great comfortable seating options that are ALL waterproof and can be wiped off and sanitized. This is our last of the "old school " wonderful malls in our state and the owners are flying it straight into the ground being cheap and making BAD business decisions.

This was my favorite mall to visit as a child, when it was filled with movie stores, hobby stores, and some things a little more off the beaten path. And while many malls in this day and age are failing, this is one of the few in the area that manages to bring in new businesses and fill many of the vacant spots. The redevelopment to the area surrounding the mall has been a boon and is what I believe will be the key to keeping this mall alive for much longer than others in the tri-county area.
While this mall has gone through a revival/redevelopment in the recent years, I now find it a bit boring. The shops offer little variety and most can be found in other malls. I am however glad to see that it is still thriving and has many visitors upon every visit.
